Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic plan for a defined region to engage key stakeholders and decision makers
- Engage healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and physician assistants across various specialties
- Maintain relationships using a blend of face-to-face and digital interactions to enhance productivity
- Conduct outreach to both chain and independent retail pharmacies
- Use data analytics to refine strategies and focus on high-return opportunities
- Meet or surpass assigned sales and profitability targets
- Monitor and record territory activity and customer data using a CRM platform
