Azurity Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Territory Sales Specialist, GI - Boston / North South Shore / Cape Cod

About the Role

This role is responsible for driving sales and market penetration of gastrointestinal pharmaceutical products by engaging with healthcare professionals, delivering clinical information, and executing regional sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Promote gastrointestinal medications to physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key medical stakeholders
  • Deliver accurate, compliant product presentations to clinical decision-makers
  • Identify and target high-potential accounts for increased market access
  • Execute territory business plans aligned with regional objectives
  • Track and report sales activities using CRM tools
  • Respond to inquiries about product indications, safety, and dosing
  • Collaborate with medical affairs and marketing teams on field insights
  • Attend and represent the company at medical conferences and events
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies
  • Monitor competitive landscape and report market trends
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure provider engagement
  • Educate office staff on product benefits and patient support resources
  • Manage sample distribution in accordance with company guidelines
  • Coordinate with reimbursement specialists to support patient access
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data and guidelines
  • Use business intelligence to prioritize outreach efforts
  • Submit timely expense and activity reports
  • Support local promotional initiatives and speaker programs
