About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new restaurant clients across North County
- Conduct in-person meetings with owners and operators to assess business needs
- Present integrated payment and software solutions tailored to restaurant operations
- Build trust with local decision-makers through consistent follow-up
- Close sales using consultative techniques and value-based messaging
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Stay informed about local dining trends and competitive landscape
- Represent the brand at industry events and local networking functions
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
- Navigate objections with confidence and professionalism
- Educate prospects on platform benefits including reporting and customer engagement tools
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of active leads
- Prioritize outreach based on business size and readiness to adopt new technology
- Use CRM tools to track progress and forecast performance
- Support marketing initiatives with on-the-ground feedback
- Act as a local advocate for the product within the restaurant community
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from potential clients
- Coordinate site visits and demonstrations as needed
- Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure
