About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory by engaging with healthcare clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that support improved patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the North East region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical support sessions for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Develop strategic account plans to increase market penetration
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Track and report on sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
- Provide feedback from customers to inform product development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Coordinate with marketing to align promotional efforts with regional goals
- Deliver training to healthcare professionals on product use and benefits
- Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions
- Support post-sale implementation and customer success follow-up
