Achieve short, medium, and long-term sales targets for plastic packaging solutions, including printed films, bags, and custom label printing, within the Northwest France territory.
Proactively acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships with companies of all sizes.
Create annual plans, manage budgets, and analyze market and customer data to support strategic decisions.
Use the CRM system efficiently for visit reports, customer care, and documenting all sales activities.
Collect customer feedback and develop ideas for new sales channels and product portfolio improvements.
Handle complaints in coordination with the Quality Management department and analyze competitors and price developments to optimize sales processes.
Negotiate special prices and conditions in consultation with sales management, with direct access to all relevant departments for quick decisions.

Experience in the packaging industry, especially with plastic packaging for the food industry.
Italian language is a plus.
