About the Role
This position is responsible for identifying and acquiring new restaurant partners in the Boston area by leveraging local market knowledge, delivering compelling sales presentations, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Conduct in-person sales meetings with restaurant owners and managers
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to individual restaurant needs
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners
- Represent the company at local industry events and networking functions
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on field insights
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop deep understanding of platform features and value proposition
- Customize sales approach based on restaurant type and size
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct during client visits
