Responsibilities
- Consistently meet professional sales targets by expanding market presence, nurturing the sales funnel, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, managing key accounts, and applying advanced interpersonal selling techniques
- Reach adhesives and equipment revenue goals by actively engaging current and prospective customers within the assigned region through direct sales and collaborative partnerships
- Grow business by identifying new market segments and organizing educational events that highlight technological capabilities, product lines, and service offerings
- Establish and manage the sales cycle by evaluating potential customer operations, assessing options, creating formal proposals and quotes, delivering impactful presentations, and following through to build trust and secure commitments
- Support strategic sales goals by designing, launching, and managing a regional account plan that aligns with identified opportunities and financial targets
- Generate new sales from the ground level by initiating contact with prospects, cultivating leads, responding to inquiries, and evaluating potential business opportunities
- Increase market share and customer acquisition by collaborating with global key account teams to secure local accounts and directing non-key leads to internal sales resources and partners
- Identify unmet needs at strategic accounts and collaborate with development and research teams to create new product solutions that address those requirements
