Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail and contractor accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations for customers and sales staff
  • Support retail locations with inventory management and merchandising standards
  • Collaborate with contractors to promote product adoption and best practices
  • Monitor local market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Provide technical support and color consultation services to customers
  • Coordinate promotional events and in-store marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with brand representation standards
  • Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve service issues
  • Act as a liaison between field customers and internal support teams
