Verathon is hiring a Territory Manager - Urology (Central California/Northern Los Angeles)

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the assigned territory to promote the BladderScan and CFlex product lines.
• Implement sales strategies and techniques to capitalize on opportunities identified through Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
• Generate new business and retain existing accounts by understanding customer needs, building rapport, and influencing through presentations that offer creative solutions.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
• Conduct high-volume sales activities such as in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
• Forecast business potential to ensure the sales pipeline supports monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Acquire new industry and market information to adapt to shifts in demand and strategy.
• Engage in strategic business planning and execution, and provide accurate, thorough sales reports to leadership.
