Responsibilities

  • Assure personalized follow-up of your portfolio through regular field visits and remote exchanges
  • Guarantee a high level of service to demanding clients in sectors such as hospitality, food service, and healthcare
  • Respect contractual commitments including mandatory visits and quality follow-up
  • Develop long-term relationships with key contacts
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Actively contribute to a market reconquest strategy, particularly in the premium and luxury hospitality and food service segments
  • Grow revenue and market share in a high-potential zone
  • Promote the full range of Diversey solutions including products, machines, and services
  • Generate additional sales and maximize portfolio value
  • Achieve targets with a balance of approximately 70% client retention and 30% new business development
  • Perform first-level technical interventions such as light maintenance, diagnostics, and client support
  • Provide credible field expertise to support commercial recommendations
  • Ensure rigorous tracking of activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Organize field activities autonomously
  • Prioritize actions based on business priorities
  • Be proactive in proposing improvements and development initiatives
  • Apply company pricing policies and standards
  • Respect internal procedures, particularly regarding safety and compliance

Requirements

  • Experience in field sales or business development
  • Strong command of sales and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain technical solutions
  • Results-oriented mindset with a conquering spirit and autonomy
  • Strong organizational skills and effective prioritization
  • Preference for field work and excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the hospitality, food service, or demanding environments
  • Experience in a technical environment such as industry, equipment, or technical solutions
  • Professional English language skills
