Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-level commercial AV partners across Benelux, fostering quarterly growth through solution-focused sales strategies, active partner collaboration, and execution of localized business plans aligned with the partner program.
- Locate, onboard, and nurture a targeted portfolio of accounts including integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users to expand the AV channel business in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee and grow distribution networks by onboarding value-adding and sub-distributors in key industries, ensuring a robust pipeline of projects and increasing share-of-wallet with current channel partners across all product lines.
- Identify and collaborate with specialized channel partners to drive adoption of wireless access points and managed switches backed by cloud-managed solutions, while delivering consistent training programs across organizational levels.
- Prepare business proposals and strategic plans, negotiate contracts, and deliver precise weekly forecasts and reports, maintaining awareness of competitive dynamics to establish market leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales engineering, marketing, product management, technical support, operations, and regional counterparts to maximize sales performance and ensure high customer satisfaction.
