About the Role
This role is responsible for acquiring new retail clients in the Kyle, TX area by leveraging bilingual communication skills and consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and deliver appropriate technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings with prospective clients
- Build relationships with decision-makers at retail businesses
- Present product offerings tailored to client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Respond to client inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
- Deliver product demonstrations to retail prospects
- Address customer objections and provide solutions
- Support marketing initiatives through customer feedback
- Participate in team meetings and performance reviews
- Use CRM tools to track sales pipelines
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner
- Develop territory plans to maximize coverage
- Engage in bilingual communication for sales and support
- Represent the company at local events and trade shows
