Responsibilities
- Process invoices, bills, and credit memos accurately and on time
- Generate and distribute customer account statements
- Follow up with clients on overdue payments
- Track all incoming payments and compile monthly billing summaries
- Monitor customer account balances and correct discrepancies
- Support the accounting team with financial reporting tasks
- Maintain updated records including invoices issued, payments received, updated balances, and client data
- Respond to phone inquiries as necessary
- Attend scheduled team meetings regularly
- Complete additional tasks as assigned

Compensation

Work Arrangement
On-site — Greeley, Colorado
HOURS
8:00pm to 4:00am, with flexibility required as needed
Saturday’s required
Must be available to work Saturdays
Sunday’s as needed
May be required to work Sundays based on business needs
