ปัจจุบัน LINE MAN Wongnai ขยายกิจการเข้าสู่ ธุรกิจเสริมความงาม ทันตกรรม และ ร้านค้าบริการ เช่น ร้านนวด/สปา หรือ ร้านบิวตี้ ภายใต้แบรนด์ JERA เพื่อรองรับกับการขยายกิจการครั้งนี้ ทางบริษัทจึงเปิดรับ JERA Sales Executive มีหน้าที่ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าที่เป็นคลินิกหรือเจ้าของร้านค้าบริการ เพื่อนัดพบ นำเสนอ และ เชิญชวนให้มาใช้ระบบ JERA Cloud รวมถึงดำเนินการส่งมอบ และติดตั้งระบบ จนกระทั่งลูกค้าใช้งานระบบได้สำเร็จ
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- ค้นหาและคัดกรองกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย (Lead Generation) ตามกลุ่มธุรกิจที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ติดต่อและติดตามลูกค้าที่สนใจผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ เช่น Facebook Chat, LINE Chat และเว็บไซต์ (Wix)
- โทรนัดหมายลูกค้าเพื่อเชิญเข้ารับการสาธิตระบบ (Demo) กับทีมขาย
- ประสานงานตารางนัดหมายระหว่างลูกค้าและทีมขายให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ซัพพอร์ทงานเอกสารให้ทีมขาย
- มีการสอนงานก่อนทำงานจริง สอนเสร็จทำงานได้ทันที
คุณสมบัติ:
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา และยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หรือ ผู้ที่สนใจงานขาย
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center หรือ Customer Service
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีวินัย ตรงต่อเวลา เต็มที่กับการทำงาน
