Responsibilities
- Design and manage reliable CI/CD pipelines to automate software builds, testing, integration, and deployment.
- Develop backend services and frontend components to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
- Write modular, scalable, and testable code while following established testing standards.
- Standardize and integrate development tools across the software lifecycle, including source control, build systems, artifact repositories, and security tools.
- Monitor system and pipeline performance using observability tools to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure security, regulatory compliance, and code quality are embedded in all stages of development.
- Participate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
- Implement DevOps and platform engineering principles such as containerization and infrastructure as code.
- Assess and integrate new technologies, including AI-driven development tools.
- Lead ongoing improvements in development workflows, tooling, and coding standards.
- Create and update technical documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
- Work with global, cross-functional teams to align on technical and operational goals.
- Support governance, auditability, and validation requirements for AI-assisted development in regulated settings.
