Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in NetSuite implementation or optimization, with a background in designing ERP solutions on the platform.
- Proven track record in leading or supporting end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
- Experience gathering business requirements and implementing integrated ERP, CRM, and PSA systems.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong ability to build, maintain, and grow relationships with clients.
- Demonstrates initiative, innovation, and a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving work environments.
- Skilled in communicating clearly—verbally, in writing, and orally—to diverse audiences, including client executives and internal teams.
- Willingness to engage in organizational culture and contribute to internal programs such as training, community service, recruitment, and team-building activities.
- Committed to industry best practices and capable of advocating for configuration over customization by leveraging native platform capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Prior consulting experience with business applications such as QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft is advantageous.
- Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) or cloud-based platforms is beneficial.
- NetSuite ERP certification is preferred.
