Responsibilities
- Evaluate client infrastructure setups for compatibility with network standards
- Diagnose technical misalignments between client systems and core platforms
- Develop integration strategies that support performance and scalability goals
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve interoperability issues
- Document system configurations and alignment recommendations
- Support deployment of technology solutions in client environments
- Analyze network performance data to identify improvement areas
- Translate technical requirements into implementable designs
- Coordinate with client teams during integration phases
- Ensure solutions comply with security and operational policies
- Provide technical guidance during project planning stages
- Troubleshoot connectivity and configuration problems
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving network technologies
- Participate in testing protocols for new integrations
- Deliver post-implementation support and performance reviews
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- Five or more years of relevant engineering experience
- Direct experience with SD-WAN or similar technologies
- Vendor-specific networking certifications
- Background in large-scale infrastructure migrations
