Responsibilities
- Create clear and accurate documentation for products, covering concepts, step-by-step instructions, API references, and hands-on tutorials
- Ensure high content standards by reviewing performance data, user input, and ongoing curation efforts
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and support specialists to maintain technical accuracy and depth
- Produce high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced setting that values independence and initiative
- Advance documentation practices by designing and applying new methods for creating, delivering, and interacting with technical content
