Responsibilities
- Source and identify technical candidates, including passive talent, for engineering, BIM/VDC, construction, architecture, scheduling, and mission-critical infrastructure roles
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, Boolean search techniques, networking, and other sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research across target regions and companies
- Perform proactive outreach and initial candidate engagement through personalized messaging and communication campaigns
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and talent market conditions
- Prepare candidate summaries and sourcing notes for internal recruitment teams
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline progress, and candidate engagement metrics
- Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS systems and internal tracking tools
- Support recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives across multiple global regions
- Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within the engineering and data center industries
- Provide regular sourcing progress updates and reports to management
Requirements
- Good written and verbal English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment support roles
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and Boolean search techniques
- Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple open searches simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing engineering, construction, BIM/VDC, architecture, or other technical positions is strongly preferred
- Recruiting or sourcing experience within the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, or LATAM markets is considered a strong asset

Additional Information
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 12:00 — 21:00 Ukraine time (can be slightly adjusted)
- Equipment for work (Starlink terminal, EcoFlow power station, and other support equipment where applicable)
- This is an independent contractor engagement under a formal independent contractor agreement governed by Texas, United States law
- You will not be eligible for employee benefits, and no taxes, insurance, or social security/pensions will be withheld or provided by the company
- You are responsible for complying with all tax and labor obligations in your country of residence
