About the Role

Ventrata is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for B2B with French to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, partnering with them to troubleshoot issues, collaborate with development teams, and support new client onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience. Our mission is to help businesses of all sizes scale and grow while preserving their unique identity.

What You'll Do

  • Actively improve the customer experience.
  • Work with clients and their employees to identify problems and advise on solutions.
  • Recreate, troubleshoot, and independently investigate reported issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams, identify errors, and report bugs via internal helpdesk.
  • Master the support channels: Ventrata Chat, Slack, and Helpdesk.
  • Help with client onboarding and uploading data to our systems.
  • Support internal teams with tasks beyond the job description.
