Dev is hiring a Technical Support Representative, Tier 2 (Mexico Remote)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chat requests daily to assess and handle escalations from Tier 1 support.
  • Deliver high-quality technical assistance by phone, email, and live chat for customers facing advanced technical difficulties.
  • Meet monthly quality benchmarks for ticket accuracy and resolution standards.
  • Support a diverse user base—including administrators, instructors, teaching assistants, exam takers, and proctors—with prompt issue resolution, system access, performance optimization, and service satisfaction.
  • Develop deep expertise across all Assessment Products and related services.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings with leadership to share customer insights and feedback.
  • Identify emerging technical issues and patterns, reporting them promptly to support leadership and Tier 3 teams.
  • Contribute to team growth by sharing knowledge during informal sessions, meetings, and stand-ups.
  • Assist the Quality and Knowledge team in developing training materials and educational resources.
  • Serve as a mentor for new Tier 2 hires during their onboarding and shadowing period.
  • Engage in process improvement and knowledge-building projects during low-volume periods.
  • Evaluate and route escalated tickets appropriately to Tier 3 support.
  • Facilitate clear and timely communication between Tier 1 and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the Integrations Team on technical resolutions and system compatibility.
  • Analyze top recurring issues monthly to inform external communications and reduce future ticket volume.
