Responsibilities
- Proactively support the product line primarily through email, and occasionally via phone and live chat, ensuring issue resolution, system access, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management on all product issues and releases.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and contribute to a supportive culture.
- Assist in translating, maintaining, and updating technical documentation related to the product line.
Compensation
