JUPUS GmbH is seeking a Technical Support Manager (m/w/d) to ensure our customers receive exceptional support and successfully work with our Legal Tech product. You will be the first point of contact, handling technical and application-related questions and translating valuable customer feedback directly into product improvements.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they can work successfully with our product.
- Process customer inquiries via email and phone quickly, competently, and in a solution-oriented manner.
- Clarify technical and application-related questions and support with product adjustments.
- Identify recurring topics and help transfer solutions into the Help Center, such as FAQs, guides, and video tutorials.
- Work closely with the product and development team to incorporate customer feedback directly into product development.
- Implement the chatbot on customers' websites.
- Identify technical problems on the customer side and manage communication with the development team.
What We're Looking For

- Experience in customer support, with the ability to explain technical and application-related questions understandably.
- Technical enthusiasm with a heart for support: you understand basic web technologies like HTML and CMS (e.g., WordPress) and are eager to learn.
- A structured and solution-oriented working style, maintaining an overview even in stressful situations.
- A startup mentality: you thrive in a dynamic environment, tackle new challenges, and want to have a real impact.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain complex matters understandably, both in writing and orally.
- A passion for Legal Tech and interest in new technologies and digital solutions.
- Fluent German in speech and writing.
