Mitek Systems is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing expert technical support for our suite of identity verification and fraud prevention solutions, helping customers integrate and troubleshoot our products effectively.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers
- Document detailed case notes and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve bugs
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge base articles
- Manage support cases to ensure timely resolution according to SLAs
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support or similar customer-facing engineering role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging software issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
