Responsibilities
- Manage server systems remotely from any global location
- Identify and resolve issues related to server hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Monitor and maintain server hardware performance through diagnostic tools
- Support and maintain infrastructure using cloud-based technologies
Requirements
- Proficient in written English for professional email communication
- Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills
- Familiarity with standard components of modern computer systems
- Understanding of fundamental internet and networking concepts
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, CentOS, or Debian
- Basic proficiency in using the Linux command-line terminal
- Practical experience installing Windows or Linux operating systems from scratch
