Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner
- Work with different systems, software, hardware
- Follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments
Requirements
- Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, or any IT-related course
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Must be willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in similar roles is a plus but not required
