About the Role
This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to distributed antenna systems, supporting internal teams and external clients, and ensuring system reliability through proactive maintenance and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in distributed antenna systems
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and field engineers
- Document troubleshooting procedures and resolution steps
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Support product installations and system commissioning remotely
- Analyze system performance data to identify root causes of failures
- Provide after-hours support on a rotational basis
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless communication standards
- Assist in the development of technical training materials
- Work with quality assurance to report recurring issues
- Guide customers through firmware updates and configuration changes
- Monitor network alerts and initiate corrective actions
- Participate in post-deployment reviews and technical debriefs
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and performance standards
- Track support cases using CRM and ticketing systems
- Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Support product certification and testing initiatives
- Troubleshoot RF signal distribution anomalies
- Assist in the validation of new product releases
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities for product improvements
- Coordinate with logistics for equipment replacements
- Deliver remote diagnostics using secure access tools
- Follow change management protocols during system updates
- Contribute to knowledge base content for internal and external use
