Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical assistance to customers, service centers, and field engineers in the industrial gases and liquefied natural gas sectors.
- Lead technical efforts during diagnosis, repair, and maintenance activities for cryogenic systems.
- Offer remote and on-location technical support to regional stakeholders including customers and field personnel.
- Create standardized tools and processes using specialized knowledge.
- Support sales teams with technical input and bid preparation when required.
- Evaluate workshop disassembly reports and help determine root causes of equipment failures.
- Analyze Field Trouble Reports, assess outcomes, and ensure high-quality resolution aligned with customer needs.
- Supervise Field Service and Field Trouble Reports following on-site interventions.
- Enhance equipment reliability during aftermarket service to reduce future operational downtime.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for warranty claims and technical challenges, proposing solutions and product improvements.
- Conduct on-site training sessions to strengthen customer capabilities in equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Partner across departments and business units to promote transparency and coordination.
- Collaborate with workshop teams and project managers to provide technical oversight for equipment overhauls, repairs, and warranty cases.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
