Responsibilities
- Manage server systems remotely from any location.
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network-related server problems.
- Monitor and maintain server hardware performance and status.
- Support and maintain cloud-based infrastructure technologies.
Requirements
- Proficient in English for written communication via email.
- Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with the core components of modern computing hardware.
- Understanding of fundamental internet and networking concepts.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, CentOS, or Debian.
- Basic proficiency in using the Linux command-line interface.
- Practical experience installing Windows and Linux operating systems from scratch.
