IDT Corporation is hiring a TECHNICAL SUPPORT - BOSS REVOLUTION

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from retailers and customers facing technical difficulties
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems via phone support
  • Document all support calls and implemented solutions
  • Identify and escalate recurring technical issues to management
  • Set up, adjust, and perform minor maintenance on computer hardware and software systems
  • Address and close support tickets efficiently
  • Deploy software and essential applications to support business operations
  • Provide training to users on new software using in-person sessions, training videos, manuals, and digital guides, often developed with technical writers
  • Create user-friendly operational documentation and reference guides
