Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from retailers and customers facing technical difficulties
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems via phone support
- Document all support calls and implemented solutions
- Identify and escalate recurring technical issues to management
- Set up, adjust, and perform minor maintenance on computer hardware and software systems
- Address and close support tickets efficiently
- Deploy software and essential applications to support business operations
- Provide training to users on new software using in-person sessions, training videos, manuals, and digital guides, often developed with technical writers
- Create user-friendly operational documentation and reference guides
