Docebo is seeking a Italian-speaking Technical Support Analyst to provide direct technical assistance and troubleshooting for our learning platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
What You'll Do
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical support tickets from Italian-speaking customers
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to users on platform functionality and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to escalate and track complex technical problems
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve team efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in a technical support, help desk, or customer-facing technical role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. You can be based in our offices in Milan, Italy, Biassono, Italy, or Paris, France, or work remotely from within Italy or France.
