Responsibilities
- Sets up and maintains agency hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, copiers, and IP phones, addressing repairs as needed
- Deploys, updates, and manages software across standalone and networked computing environments
- Images PCs, thin clients, and mobile devices using Microsoft Deployment Server (WDS)
- Supports vendor and product evaluation for integration into future technology infrastructure
- Performs toner installation and replacement following manufacturer guidelines, including routine maintenance and supply checks for components like photoconductors and fusers
- Diagnoses and resolves fundamental LAN and WAN connectivity problems
- Delivers consistent, high-quality customer service during all user interactions
