Responsibilities
- Ensure technical oversight of building mechanical systems in compliance with Hungarian laws and project specifications.
- Supervise activities falling under authorization ME‑G for mechanical building supervision.
- Check adherence to technical plans, industry standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Liaise with contractors, design teams, and on-site project participants.
- Detect, document, and track corrective actions for any deviations.
- Take part in testing, inspections, and project completion procedures.
