Fluidstack is hiring a Technical Sourcer

Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze talent pools, competitor hiring trends, and growing technical ecosystems to generate insights on candidate availability, motivations, and engagement methods.
  • Develop and implement sourcing plans either independently or with Talent Acquisition partners to create robust candidate pipelines for multiple concurrent roles.
  • Maintain a metrics-focused approach by monitoring pipeline volume, outreach response rates, sourcing channel performance, and market shifts to inform strategy adjustments and report on pipeline status.
  • Create scalable sourcing frameworks including documented playbooks, channel-specific strategies, and talent landscape maps to strengthen team-wide knowledge and efficiency.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify hiring demands, define target candidate profiles, and deliver pre-engaged, qualified prospects to reduce time-to-fill.
