CIMAR UK Ltd, now a part of DeepHealth is hiring a Technical Services Engineer - Spanish Speaking

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of DeepHealth's AI medical imaging software, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Gather customer requirements and installation environment details to enable smooth and efficient deployments.
  • Provide expert technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting and resolving incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Delivery and Implementation team's workflows, streamlining processes and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Be adaptable and available to support customers outside of regular working hours; participation in an on-call rotation may be required.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of applications.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to platform engineering and medical imaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems engineering or a similar technical role (required); 5+ years of experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, and security.
  • Experience with public/private cloud platforms (GCP preferred), Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Linux shell scripting and Linux toolchain installation, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Experience troubleshooting Docker containers.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling including Terraform, Ansible, and ArgoCD.
  • Knowledge of monitoring platforms and observability tool stacks (GCP/AWS/Azure).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DICOM standards, networking protocols, and medical imaging workflows strongly preferred, including PACS, RIS, modality integrations, and connectivity troubleshooting.
