Abbott is seeking a Technical Service Specialist/Sr. Specialist in Eskisehir to serve as a technical solution provider for diagnostic instruments, ensuring uninterrupted system operations and high-quality service support. This role contributes to improved healthcare outcomes by maintaining reliable diagnostic solutions within the Core Diagnostics Division.
What You'll Do
- Acts as technical solution provider for an effective and un-interrupted system operation
- Responsible as a technical specialist in his territory and advanced service support for the first line service providers
- Installation of instruments and Abbottlink
- Perform IQOQ (Installation Qualification Operation Qualification) procedures during and after installations
- Assist with customer business reviews
- Support other territories and regions as member of Turkey Service organizations
- Schedule and perform unplanned services and activities within customer expected time
- Identify technical support needs in his territory and implement actions proactively with team members
- Provide best in class solutions and experiences at customer expected level or beyond
- Keep track of own spare parts stock
- Travel within the service area
- Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Min. 5 years experiences in diagnostic industry
- Proven experience record in a technical position, supported by references
- Customer relationship and communication skills
- Fast engagement to issues; strong task and process management
- B class driving license and no obligation for travelling
Nice to Have
- University Degree in Engineering / Electronics or Electrical / Biomedical / Mechanical / Biology or Physics is preferred
- Technical service experience in repairs, maintenance of electromechanical systems preferred
- Strong interest to analytical tools and software-oriented solutions / practice
