About the Role
This position supports sales activities with deep technical knowledge of the product, enabling effective customer engagement, resolving technical inquiries, and contributing to sales growth through hands-on support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to internal sales teams and external customers during pre- and post-sales processes
- Respond to technical inquiries from partners and clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and sales materials
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training sessions for customers and partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end users or sales teams
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and technical challenges
- Support the configuration and setup of products for customer trials and deployments
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and industry trends
- Work closely with regional sales representatives to address technical objections during sales cycles
- Assist in qualifying customer technical requirements and proposing suitable solutions
- Document technical support cases and track resolution progress
- Participate in customer meetings and calls to provide technical clarity
- Support the development of FAQs and knowledge base content for internal and external use
- Coordinate with support teams across regions for consistent technical messaging
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and product specifications during customer engagements
