Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Three year Diploma from a recognized Board/University
- Minimum 6 months of upfront sales experience in a Technical Support/Sales Process (Desktop / Laptop / Printers / Routers / Security Software/ System Utilities)
- Must not have more than 3 years of experience
- Must not be more than 28 years old
- Must be a natural/acceptable progression in the candidate’s career
- Must be able to multi-task during handling a transaction (Type & Talk)
- Must be available to work in night shifts
- Must attain daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets
- Must be a quick learner and open to receiving feedback & learning
- Must understand/comprehend customer requirements and respond tactically
- Must emphasize on key words, handle objections and use product/service benefits to respond to customer queries
- Must engage the customer in conversation and avoid dead air on calls
- Must accurately capture required customer details in CRM
- Must address irate/demanding customers tactically
- Must close sales
- Must meet Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines
- Must maintain 100% Sales Compliance as per Sales Compliance Guidelines
- Must clock required number of production hours and adhere to break guidelines
- Flair & Passion for Sales
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Good typing skills (40 WPM)
- Strong customer service skills
- High degree of self-motivation and drive
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware
- Good working knowledge of the Internet
- Adequate working knowledge of Anti-Virus, Spyware, Trojans, Malwares
- Must have good working & operational knowledge of at least one of the following Antivirus Software: McAfee, bit defender
- Advance operational / troubleshooting skills in at least one of: Computer Desktop/Laptop operations with peripherals (Printers, Scanners, USB Drives etc.)
- Advanced Knowledge of at least one Operating System: Windows 7, Windows 2000, XP Home, Mac OS, XP Pro (Set-Up, Install, Re-Install, Recovery)
- Virus/Spyware/Malware eradication including Manual Virus removal
- Basic Networking Concepts (Wireless Set-Up & Configuration & Internet Connectivity)
Work Arrangement
Remote (City/Region) — Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune
Additional Information
- Available to work in night shifts

- Training period with salary of 8000 - 10000 per month for freshers
- Salary hike after 3 months for freshers
