Responsibilities
- Gather and organize technical requirements from business departments and IT teams
- Convert business objectives into precise technical specifications
- Evaluate current systems, workflows, and data exchanges, including older platforms
- Develop and manage well-structured documentation using tools like Confluence and Jira
- Specify system interfaces, data structures, and integration criteria
- Work closely with architecture, software development, operations, and outside vendors
- Maintain full traceability of requirements from inception through delivery
- Assist in ranking and assessing the value of requirements
- Uncover system dependencies, potential risks, and areas for improvement
- Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on common goals
- Guarantee requirements are accurate, thorough, and consistent
- Support testing phases, user acceptance, and transition to operational teams
