Responsibilities
- Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting desk for various engineering roles
- Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation and improve overall productivity & efficiency
- Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
- Learn to influence and partner with leadership leveraging recruiting data and metrics
- Gain industry and business acumen on the Physical AI, autonomous vehicle, and Venture Capital landscape
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help proliferate a compelling talent brand
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Evidence of a fast growth trajectory in previous roles, including agency, in-house, or VC
- Experience sourcing using LinkedIn and through other creative sourcing channels
- High aptitude for learning new tools and technical topics quickly

- Worked at a venture backed company
- Early recruiting team experience or early startup experience (joined in first 5 years of founding)

Additional Information
- We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.
- Occasional remote work may be allowed, including starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
