Responsibilities
- Implement authorized changes, including service bulletins and updates, into aircraft master documentation following defined protocols.
- Assist in developing new master documentation sets aligned with client requirements and internal publishing standards.
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards of maintenance tracking information.
- Engage in internal evaluation processes by recording findings and suggesting improvements to output quality.
- Work with global colleagues to maintain uniformity in updates and project results.
- Help resolve data inconsistencies, referring complicated issues to higher-level staff when necessary.
- Take part in team discussions and briefings to stay aligned on project objectives and schedules.
- Keep thorough logs of all modifications and revisions for audit readiness and traceability.
- Expand expertise in aircraft maintenance tracking platforms, industry standards, and efficient workflows.
- Carry out additional tasks as required, consistent with the position's scope and responsibility level.
