Responsibilities
- Analyze and document project requirements for both short-term initiatives and long-term client engagements.
- Create and oversee execution of detailed project plans aligned with strategic account objectives.
- Define measurable outcomes, team roles, and individual responsibilities for each project or initiative.
- Delegate critical tasks to suitable team members with clear instructions and contextual background.
- Monitor progress to ensure deadlines for deliverables and action items are met consistently.
- Coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders through meetings, emails, Slack, and other channels.
