Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle technical project execution, ensuring delivery within defined timelines, scope, and quality benchmarks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and delivery timelines.
- Identify, track, and resolve project dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests with appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrate familiarity with architectural frameworks or enterprise-scale delivery methods such as SAFe.
- Work closely with architects, technical leads, and development teams to ensure solutions meet technical standards and business goals.
- Engage in technical discussions to support decision-making, clarify requirements, and assess solution feasibility.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria are maintained.
- Act as the main liaison for business stakeholders, promoting transparency and clear communication throughout project phases.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible business terms and ensure engineering teams understand business needs.
- Deliver regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders through structured reports and review meetings.
- Enforce compliance with organizational delivery models, quality benchmarks, and regulatory processes.
- Support the integration of secure coding practices, architectural standards, and technical quality checkpoints.
- Drive continuous improvement by promoting process optimization and adoption of industry best practices.
- Have experience collaborating with Project Management Offices (PMOs) to align project execution with strategic objectives.
- Enable effective collaboration across geographically dispersed teams to ensure consistent communication and delivery.
- Promote a culture emphasizing accountability, ownership, and open communication.
