Direct and oversee the engineering components of projects, ensuring they match the design basis, contract, and defined scope.
Manage several projects at once while aligning them with overall company objectives.
Collaborate closely with engineering departments, especially Process, Instrumentation, and Design teams.
Define the scope and boundary limits for new projects.
Prepare specifications for major P&ID components.
Work with vendors and the process team to select major equipment.
Conduct stage-based P&ID reviews and take part in HAZOP studies with the Process Department and clients.
Finalize the P&ID part list with the engineering team.
Lead the preliminary and final layout finalization with the Design Department.
Provide engineering support and review modular designs at 30%, 60%, and 90% completion stages.
Ensure engineering documents are delivered on time according to the project schedule.
Address technical queries to keep project progress on track.
Document lessons learned during the project and conduct a post-project review with the team to foster continuous improvement.
Participate in technical discussions on new projects with group companies.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or a related engineering field.
At least 7-10 years of project engineering experience in the Cryogenic Pump industry.
Strong knowledge of P&ID parts, HAZOP studies, and process instrumentation.
Experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed technical decisions.
Strong vendor and supplier coordination skills.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Understanding of various engineering disciplines and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of project process engineering tasks, design, and operations.
Skilled in technical problem-solving for internal and external challenges, including supplier-related issues.
Knowledge of AREV ERP for parts selection and top assembly work order structure preparation.
Strong interface management with project stakeholders to resolve project issues effectively.
Ability to influence and control vendors regarding P&ID, parts selection, and ordering.
Focused on meeting technical milestones and ensuring project delivery within deadlines.
