Responsibilities
- Oversee development and testing processes
- Create and update project plans and timelines
- Allocate appropriate resources to each project task
- Monitor development and testing milestones, addressing any obstacles
- Utilize AI tools for drafting reports, summarizing meetings, writing documentation, identifying risks, and optimizing product delivery
- Establish clear communication channels for team and management updates
- Generate documentation for both development teams and other departments
- Provide support to the team for issue resolution
- Prepare and distribute status reports
- Submit weekly reports to the VP of Restaurant Technology and CTO
- Provide periodic updates to business stakeholders
- Present project deliverables to other departments
- Act as a liaison with integration partners when necessary
- Quickly grasp and understand partner products and services
- Familiarize with partner technical documentation and support processes
- Track integration progress and resolve any blocking issues
- Lead Agile ceremonies, technical planning, and cross-functional meetings
- Communicate effectively and collaborate across different time zones
- Ensure at least 3 hours of overlap with the U.S. Eastern time zone
