We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to take ownership of a critical payment solution initiative for one of our global clients. This is a strategic leadership role that blends hands-on technical expertise with project delivery oversight in a collaborative, multinational environment. As a Technical Project Manager at Endava, you’ll lead the delivery of Agile projects, ensuring strong alignment between business goals, technical teams, and client expectations. Acting as a facilitator and key communicator, you’ll drive collaboration, remove obstacles, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. Responsibilities: - Planning, executing, and managing the technical project team from initiation to completion. - Managing project plans, release schedules and resource allocation. - Identifying and overseeing risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success. - Implementing and enforcing Scrum ceremonies for efficient project execution. - Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. - Promote team motivation, collaboration, and communication while supporting performance evaluations. - Manage client expectations, engagement, and stakeholder relationships effectively.
