Tether Operations Limited is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee and guide development efforts on a project. You will work directly with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success in a fully remote, global environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead, oversee, and plan day-to-day development activities.
- Collaborate with developers, product, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
- Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve issues when required.
- Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.
- Drive improvements in process and development practices.
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple projects.
- 2+ years of hands-on software development experience with Node.js.
- A basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems is essential.
- Proven experience launching successful products.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and good development practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in handling developers of varying experience levels.
- Experience with modern dev practices: CI/CD, automated testing, and agile methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with a peer-to-peer technology stack.
- Basic experience with Python, C++, or Rust.

Team & Environment
You will work directly with developers, product managers, and report to the CTO.
