Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Software QA, Technical Project Coordination, Technical Operations, Technical Support, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating projects, testing activities, or technical teams.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, QA processes, and defect management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze logs, test results, and diagnostic data.
- Ability to support issue investigations and defect triage.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
- Understanding of Defect Management
- Understanding of Mobile Device Ecosystems
- Understanding of Compatibility Testing
- Understanding of Operating Systems and Firmware
- Understanding of Streaming Platforms
- Understanding of Basic Networking Concepts
- Understanding of Mobile Device Fundamentals: CPU/GPU architectures
- Understanding of Performance benchmarking
- Understanding of Memory utilization
- Understanding of Battery consumption analysis
- Understanding of Thermal performance and throttling concepts
Nice to Have
- Experience in Mobile, Gaming, Streaming, Benchmarking, or Compatibility Testing environments.
- Familiarity with ADB, Logcat, PerfDog, Charles Proxy, and Xcode tools.
- Experience investigating performance, battery, thermal, crash, and compatibility issues.
- Experience working in Agile and distributed team environments.
