Cologix is hiring a Technical Program Manager - Service Delivery (Remote: USA)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main customer contact for designated deployments, maintaining clear and consistent communication aligned with their expectations.
  • Work with internal departments such as construction, design, operations, and sales, as well as third-party vendors and clients, to deliver high-quality services on time and within budget.
  • Manage full lifecycle project execution for customer service delivery, including planning, implementation, fit-out, and project closure.
  • Evaluate customer-driven changes for impact on cost and timeline, securing necessary approvals when needed.
  • Document, track, approve, and advance all customer-related changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively detect potential project risks and issues, and develop and apply effective mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project progress continuously and provide regular status updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the agreed-upon customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
  • Understand contractual delivery requirements and manage execution to reduce or eliminate contractual risk.
