Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain appropriately scaled processes that bring clarity to workflows, communication, and reporting across teams.
- Lead the delivery of top organizational priorities with focus and precision.
- Assist leadership in defining clear objectives and key results, and collaborate with cross-functional leads to structure work into manageable portfolios, programs, and project streams.
- Ensure alignment and visibility across all levels of the organization, both vertically and horizontally, across programs, projects, and services.
- Drive execution toward strategic goals by guiding teams to meet delivery targets and enabling efficient independent work.
- Implement governance frameworks with minimal oversight, manage escalations from start to finish, and apply best practices in issue resolution.
- Lead large-scale organizational change by identifying and executing process improvements using structured continuous improvement methodologies.
- Navigate complex and uncertain environments by leading planning cycles and ensuring clarity around goals, timelines, milestones, and risks.
- Provide strategic direction for assigned programs and projects, influencing policies and practices to align with organizational objectives.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across functions and demonstrate adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Apply technical knowledge to plan and execute engineering and product development initiatives effectively.
